Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-09-17 · Texas Well Exam Prep
14-day money-back guarantee.
If the course isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it. No forms, no argument.
How to request a refund
Email support@texaswellexamprep.com from the address you used to buy, and tell us which track or bundle you purchased. You do not need to give a reason.
We process approved refunds to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.
What happens to your access
Access to the refunded material ends when the refund is issued. Your account itself stays open, so you can purchase again later if you want.
After 14 days
Purchases are generally final after 14 days, because access to the material is granted immediately and in full. That said, we would rather solve a problem than keep money from an unhappy customer — if something has gone wrong, email us and we will look at it.
Situations we always refund
- Duplicate charge — if you were billed twice for the same thing, we refund the duplicate in full, regardless of timing.
- You never received access — if a payment succeeded but access did not unlock and we cannot fix it, we refund in full.
- We discontinue the Service — if we permanently shut down while you hold paid access, we refund the unused portion of your 365-day period on a pro-rated basis.
What this policy does not cover
- Exam results. We cannot refund your TDLR examination fee, and we do not offer refunds based on your score. Our material is a study aid; passing depends on your own preparation and on content controlled by TDLR and its testing vendor.
- Expired access. Access lasts 365 days from purchase. Once it expires it is not refundable, though you are welcome to renew.
- Accounts terminated for abuse. If we close an account for sharing credentials or redistributing material, as described in our Terms of Service, no refund is given.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes far longer to resolve for you than simply asking us for a refund, which we will give.
